Job Description
<strong>The Subsidiaries Secretariate Manager</strong> is responsible to lead a team of secretariate to facilitate boards and committee meetings preparation including meeting logistics, agenda and minutes. The position is also responsible for providing support to board members to access relevant information and facilitating any ad-hoc requests, as appropriate. and will report to Director, Board Relation, or Sr. Secretariate manager .<p><br></p><strong>Also he needs to:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Facilitate the execution of initiatives and plans in the achievement of defined goals for concerned team members</li><li>Support in in the Supervision of the execution of day-to-day activities and operations for concerned team members and support them as appropriate</li><li>Reinforce the implementation of all policies and procedures within team members, and recommend potential improvements where appropriate</li><li>Organize the allocation of team members with the department head to ensure optimal delivery of work</li><li>Handle and mange all events related to the boards such as Exhibitions </li><li>Conduct first-review and validate board meeting minutes and actions, ensuring they are up to the required standards</li><li>Support in maintaining the provision of the board software applications, in close coordination with enterprise intelligence team</li><li>Maintain compliance with the board charter and governance policies surrounding board meetings (e.g. quorum)</li><li>Provide general support to the board members to access relevant information and facilitating any ad-hoc requests, as appropriate</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Job qualifecation :</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Corporate Law, Finance or equivalent, with a minimum of 7+ years of related experience</li><li>Professional Certifications is preferred</li><li>Proficiency in English and Arabic Language is required</li></ul>
