<p><strong>Store Manager (Retail and Online)</strong></p><p><br></p><p>We are currently seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Store Manager to join our team and oversee the operations of our retail store and online platform in Saida. </p><p>Our store specializes in offering a wide range of products related to diet and nutrition. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maximizing sales, and delivering exceptional customer service.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Oversee the overall operations of the retail store and online platform, ensuring they meet sales targets, profitability goals, and customer satisfaction metrics.</li><li>Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers, both in-store and online.</li><li>Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and conduct regular stock audits.</li><li>Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service.</li><li>Schedule and assign tasks to team members effectively, ensuring efficient store operations.</li><li>Stay up to date with the latest trends, products, and research in the field of diet and nutrition.</li><li>Assist customers in making informed decisions by providing expert advice and recommendations on products that align with their dietary needs.</li><li>Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and events.</li><li>Monitor and analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and make data-driven decisions to optimize operations.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a retail environment, preferably in the field of diet and nutrition.</li><li>Strong knowledge of diet and nutrition principles, as well as familiarity with dietary supplements, health foods, and related products.</li><li>Excellent leadership and managerial skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.</li><li>Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.</li><li>Exceptional customer service and communication skills.</li><li>Proficient in using computer systems, point-of-sale (POS) software, and online platforms.</li><li>Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.</li><li>Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.</li><li>If you are passionate about health, nutrition, and helping customers achieve their dietary goals, and if you have the necessary skills and experience, we would love to hear from you.
