<p>Our Client, Trans-Sahara Communications and IT, a leading company in the telecommunication and IT industry, is currently seeking a Technical Manager to lead its growing team. As the Technical Manager, you will be at the helm of the technical department, developing and implementing strategic plans, managing cross-departmental functions, and fostering an environment of excellence.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Participate in the proposal of strategic and operational plans, develop key performance indicators for your team, and ensure their achievement.</li><li>Oversee the departments, providing the necessary support to the team under your management.</li><li>Manage IT technology, including the design, implementation, coordination, and supervision of system policies and procedures, infrastructure network oversight, and risk assessment for departmental plan development.</li><li>Ensure all technical operating systems are well-maintained, monitor performance, and guarantee data security across networks and backup systems.</li><li>Conduct regular system issue follow-ups, evaluate system performance, and coordinate technical installations, updates, and maintenance to find timely and appropriate solutions and improvements.</li><li>Manage costs and budgets related to systems, data centers, and technical support for departmental development and implementation of new technologies.</li><li>Conduct meetings with department managers, supervisors, suppliers, clients, and customers to enhance cooperation and resolve any related issues. Provide suggestions for improvement and development.</li><li>Manage staff within the department, through evaluation, supervision, training, and motivation.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.</li><li>A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in IT management.</li><li>Knowledge of network management, cloud computing, information systems, system installation, data center, and technical support.</li><li>Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.</li><li>Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.</li><li>Ability to manage employees effectively, develop their capabilities, and motivate them.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure, problem-solving, and time management skills.</li><li>English language proficiency is required.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Competitive Salary</li><li>Dynamic and Exciting Work Environment</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you’re interested in this role, we’d love to hear from you. </p>
