Especially ensure the right level of capabilities, competencies and expertise.<p><br></p>Responsible to deploy and implement the “state of the art” standards, processes, methods &amp; tools in the team<p><br></p>Participate in the improvement of the standards, process, methods &amp; tools in his métier.<p><br></p>Lead the Algorithms development and module testing for LiDAR fusion system.<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p>Management &amp; Competency<p><br></p><ul><li> Manage his team of engineers (yearly reviews, meetings, missions, objectives, timesheets)</li><li> Define the necessary qualifications and training plan for his team with the support of his management</li><li> Allocate his team staff in the projects activities</li><li> Propose trainings and career evolutions with the support of his management</li><li> Contribute to the recruitment of the members of his department</li><li> Follow up with Team members on open actions</li><li> Responsible for development the algorithms and testing(MT/UT) it over different LiDAR platforms</li></ul><p><br></p>Budget<p><br></p><ul><li> Responsible of the Team Efficiency Plan and achievements</li></ul><p><br></p>Process, Methodology, Tools, Equipment<p><br></p><ul><li> Deploy the Engineering process, methodology and tools defined by the Métier</li><li> Participate to the definition of processes, methods and the tools necessary to properly handle projects</li><li> Participate to the improvement of the standards, methods &amp; tools of his métier</li></ul><p><br></p>Standardization<p><br></p><ul><li> Review and challenge de-standardization requests before release</li></ul><p><br></p>Projects<p><br></p><ul><li> Handle technical responsibility for the project (quality and correct functionality of deliverables).</li><li> Responsible for Quality audit &amp; compliance findings.</li><li> Follow up on the projects as per defined project(s) reporting mechanisms.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Education</strong><p><br></p>B.Sc. in Communication, Mechatronics, Electronics or Computer Engineering.<p><br></p>B.
