<p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><p> We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant and PR Coordinator. This role will involve working closely with our CEO to manage various administrative, public relations, and business development tasks. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and have a proactive mindset.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Assist the CEO with day-to-day operations and act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.</li><li>Establish and maintain effective B2B relationships with other businesses, negotiate prices, and identify suppliers for our eCommerce business.</li><li>Cultivate and nurture relationships with partner companies to drive collaboration and mutual growth.</li><li>Understand basic accounting principles and oversee accounting functions, including managing bank details and financial transactions.</li><li>Manage HR functions, including recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new employees, and address employee attendance and issues.</li><li>Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the CEO.</li><li>Handle administrative tasks, purchases, and internal company day-to-day operations.</li></ul><p><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience in an executive assistant, PR coordinator, or administrative manager role.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining professional relationships.</li><li>Demonstrated negotiation skills for managing contracts, pricing, and supplier relationships.</li><li>Familiarity with eCommerce operations and sourcing reliable suppliers.</li><li>Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial transaction oversight.</li><li>Knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, hiring, and employee management.</li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in using office productivity software.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.</li><li>Proactive mindset and initiative-taking ability.</li></ul><p><strong>Job Offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive salary commensurate with experience.</li><li>Opportunity to work closely with the CEO and gain valuable experience in various aspects of business operations.</li><li>Collaborative and supportive work environment.</li></ul><p><br></p>
