<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Provide information on all aspects of properties (Lease and Sale) in Abu Dhabi</li><li>Negotiate leasing/selling terms and conditions and close deals</li><li>Counseling clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.</li><li>Developing a competitive market price by comparing properties.</li><li>Creating lists for real estate sale properties, with information on location, features, square footage, etc.</li><li>Showing properties to potential buyers and renters.</li><li>Presenting purchase offers to sellers.</li><li>Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers.</li><li>Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.</li><li>Promoting properties with ads, listings, and open houses.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Self-motivated and entrepreneurial</li><li>Strong communication skills </li><li>It is necessary to have a driver’s license &amp; car</li><li>Basic Salary + Commission ( best by industry)</li></ul><p><br></p><p>MUST have an experience in Off Plan Projects &amp; Secondary Projects in Abu Dhabi</p><ul><li>BASED IN ABU DHABI</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>
