<p><strong>Your New Office:</strong></p><p>Being one of the top five real estate companies in Moscow, we are currently in Dubai offering premium one-stop services in terms of buying, selling and renting luxury apartments; villas, townhouses, we also assist with real estate investment as well as assistance in business relocation, organizing flights and obtaining resident visas. Our Team is a combination of market professionals, innovations, digital technologies as well as continuous development. </p><p>We are now looking to build a dynamic international team here in our Dubai office</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About you:</strong></p><p>A competent real estate agent who will be responsible for renting and selling a wide range of properties. You will be tasked with growing the business, counselling clients on market conditions. You will also be in charge of creating lists of real estate properties and presenting purchase offers to sellers.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>In this role you will be required to:</strong></p><ul><li>Show properties to potential buyers and renters.</li><li>Present purchase offers to sellers.</li><li>Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.</li><li>Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.</li><li>Promote properties with ads, listings, and open houses.</li><li>Prepare loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction.</li><li>Gain more knowledge of the real estate market here in Dubai</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong> </strong><strong>What we provide:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Corporate sim-card.</li><li>Daily qualified leads</li><li>Continued daily support and mentorship from Sales Director, full Marketing &amp; Administrative support.</li><li>Fair and uncapped commission structure up to 70%.</li><li>UAE Residence visa and RERA (Real Estate License).</li><li>Private medical insurance.</li><li>Comfortable office in Media City.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What you’ll need to succeed:</strong></p><ul><li>You will need to have good experience with sales.</li><li>Drive to succeed </li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Good knowledge of the local property.</li><li>A valid driver’s license.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Languages we’d love:</strong></p><p>English</p><p>Chinese</p><p>Arabic</p><p>Italian</p><p>Hindi/ Urdu</p><p>Spanish</p><p>Russian</p><p>French</p><p> </p><p>Important Information: This is a <strong>COMMISSION BASED ROLE</strong></p><p><br></p>
