<p>Whizz HR is on a look for an IT Service professional</p><p><br></p><p>The role will involve expanding company’s business in the Distribution Sales, working with suppliers, clients and system integrators. </p><p>BACKGROUND WORK OF THIS HIRE — PRIOR TO ACTUAL SELLING: </p><ul><li>Conduct extensive client research for your assigned accounts. </li><li>Generate sales and revenue growth from allocated Region. </li><li>Develop/build and or bring prospect of targeted contacts. </li><li>Gather prospective client requirements and coordinate all communications, meetings, and negotiations. </li><li>Develop and maintain very strong relationships both with their customers and suppliers. </li><li>Expand company messaging and voice-based products to existing and new customers. </li><li>Successfully deploy product marketing and pricing strategy in your region for your clients. </li><li>Build and manage a reseller program across your region. </li><li>Implement lead generation strategies to generate demand. </li><li>Some travel is expected. </li><li>THE WORK — KEY ESSENTIALS: </li><li>Prospect (cold calls, email campaigns, social, business and referral networking), qualify, and engage accounts. </li><li>Create/build new sales prospect pipeline and manage that pipeline full life cycle to success to include face to </li><li>face meetings, visit to our corporate facility, and development of RFPs/Proposals. </li><li>Meet/engage decision makers (heads of business development, management) gather requirements and </li><li>market our service offerings. </li><li>Conduct WebEx presentations that generate next step visits to our facility where our full suite of resources is </li><li>presented. </li><li>Craft solutions leveraging our capabilities that map to client directional needs. </li><li>THE RESPONSIBILITIES: </li><li>Meets quarterly and annual revenue goals according to sales plan. </li><li>Maintain accurate and timely contact, prospecting, and sales data through use of corporate CRM. </li><li>Build/Manage your pipeline, close business, and build long term relationships. </li><li><em>Requirements: </em></li><li>IDEAL BACKGROUNDS FOR ALL PROFILES — MUST HAVES: </li><li>5+ Years proven new business development/sales hunter in IT component sales. </li><li>Is a relentless prospector and presenter who has proven effectiveness setting up face to face and or online </li><li>meetings </li><li>Has established a successful track record of building and managing a sales pipeline to success. </li><li>Excellent track record of connecting to and setting appointments with decision makers. </li><li>Demonstrates business acumen in assessing potential business deals and negotiating favourable terms. </li><li>Brings a proven and demonstrable track record of success meeting and exceeding sales goals. </li><li>Comfortable and experienced with tools (Excel, PowerPoint, and a CRM tools) and with technology </li><li>Maintains professionalism and absolute integrity in your business dealings </li><li>Passionate about your work and this industry, innovative, creative, and charismatic </li><li>Bachelor degree or equivalent </li><li>SUCCESS CRITERIA </li><li>Success in this position will be based on your ability to build relationships and convert those relationships into sales.
