Job Purpose:<br><br>The Talent Acquisition and Training Specialist is responsible for full life cycle recruitment including candidate sourcing and developing training courses for our sales team and providing training to new employees. If your skills and work experience match the criteria for this role, we would like to meet you.<br><br>Key Responsibilities:<br><br>• Creating convincing job ads on various job sites including social media.<br>• Sourcing candidates by utilizing online platforms and other networks.<br>• Conducting initial phone screenings and setting up interviews<br>• Evaluates CVs for hiring.<br>• In charge for Sales employee training (internal) and Developer training (external).<br>• Responsible for constructing learning materials identifying the issues that the<br>Employee is facing.<br>• Develop new approaches and techniques for making improvements in training<br>programs.<br>• Generate results and measure the performance of trainees after the session<br><br>Qualifications:<br><br> – Minimum of 3-5 years of experience for the same role here in UAE.<br>- Must have worked in Real Estate Brokerage in Dubai.<br>- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.<br>- Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.<br>- Proven organizational and planning ability.
