International travel is required on a regular basis. The ALFPK FSR Site Lead will be responsible for providing local/on site leadership for Field Service Representatives (FSRs) within the area of responsibility while reporting directly to the FSR Manager. Regular communication with SOCOM leadership will be maintained to ensure the ALFPK mission is in line with the Customer’s requirements. Management and tracking of equipment and personnel movements must be maintained and reported as necessary. </p><p> </p><p>This position is a 1-year minimum commitment (consists of two 6-month deployments) located OCONUS in potentially high-risk environments. </p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Clearance:</strong> This position is subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. This position requires an<strong> ACTIVE </strong></p><p><strong>SECRET</strong> Security Clearance. </p><p> </p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><p>- Create and drive roadmap schedule, requirements, and expectations of product releases while controlling the scope and requirements to ensure successful software releases to support multiple programs</p><p>- Work closely with stakeholders to include program management, business development/account ownership, technical SMEs, finance, and company leadership to define program scope and facilitate cross department collaboration on product development</p><p>- Own coordination and execution of estimation, planning, tracking, analysis, risk identification, milestone scheduling, and deliverable success for the Seraphim product</p><p>- Ensure product roadmap aligns to multiple program milestones while continuing the advancement of the technology to remain market competitiveness and technical innovation</p><p>- Assist in Business Development and Marketing by providing up to date capabilities and specifications as development of the product progresses</p><p> <strong>Required Skills/Qualifications</strong> </p><p>- Excellent verbal and written communication skills </p><p>- Must be able to lift over 50 lbs. </p><p>- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) </p><p>- Windows 10 operations and troubleshooting </p><p>- TCP/IP Network troubleshooting </p><p>- Linux CLI experience preferred </p><p>- Fault isolation and root cause analysis </p><p> <strong> </strong></p><p> <strong>Required Education/Experience</strong></p><p>- 5+ years of military experience </p><p>- 5+ years of experience in a deployed environment (preferred) </p><p>- Experience within the SOCOM community is desired </p><p>- Prior experience supporting surveillance/camera systems is desired </p><p>- CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network +, and/or CompTIA Security + certifications </p><p>- AS/BS Degree in a related field </p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><p> <strong>Salary Range – $145,000 – $170,000</strong></p><p>The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
