Job Description
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop and deploy dashboards to collect data-backed insights.</li><li>Interpret key business data sets.</li><li>Deliver insights on potential areas of growth, optimization, and improvements.</li><li>Support business intelligence strategies with quantitative analysis.</li><li>Work cross-departmentally on data-driven strategies that improve business processes and decision-making.</li><li>Create a detailed analysis of the business, identifying problems, opportunities, and solutions for the business, budget and forecast, Planning and monitoring, Financial modeling, Variance analysis, Pricing, and reporting.</li><li>Define business requirements and communicate them to stakeholders.</li><li>In addition to performing financial and operational modeling, the Business Analyst will be expected to develop new models that support sound business decisions.</li><li>Simplify and improve internal and external reporting.</li><li>The role must also require a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.</li><li>and reporting as well as plenty of experience in forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis along with an understanding of KPIs.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>The ultimate goal is to provide financial insights that aid in the decision-making process, aligning the allocation of capital and resources within the business budget. The Business Analyst must also lead new initiatives for financial planning and business intelligence systems.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications and requirements: </strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or a related major.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of work experience.</li><li>Written and spoken fluency in English.</li><li>Has good computer knowledge and command over Microsoft Office.</li><li>Well-developed report-writing skills.</li><li>Capable to perform financial statement analysis.</li><li>Experience working with senior decision-makers.</li><li>Strong communication/interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proven analytical background.</li><li>Excellent communication skills.</li></ul>
