We innovating own brands for<br> Wellness, personal & beauty care , with a vision to become the most valued , trusted & innovated Health & Personal care <br><br> Objectives of the role<br><br> Excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to work for this newly expanding FMCG business. Reporting directly<br> to the Sales VP, this is a high profile role and you will be part of the regional team who driving the growth and strategy for this dynamic<br> consumer products business who. The role will take responsibility for delivering against revenue and profit targets , The key purpose<br> of role is to take ownership of the International sales strategy (key focus on GCC & Africa Markets) translating this into key metrics and<br> account plans and delivering exceptional performance against those goals. Key metrics will include achieving topline revenue targets,<br> GM targets and taking responsibility for budgeting and forecasting both for financial targets and stock forecasting<br><br> Daily Responsibilities<br><br> β Define & Lead sales growth drivers and strategy by channel with key stakeholders<br> β Develop winning GTM strategies for each country & Liaise with distributors & grow new territories across GCC & Africa<br> β Manage customers BDA , T&Cs , lead negotiations, documentation and trade investments<br> β Lead execution of activity grid by country. channel , customer<br> β Develop and implement customer account plans & activity grid including revenue, profitability and promotional activity.<br> Own the account planning process by channel Modern Trade , Traditional Trade , Pharmacies and ecommerce<br> β Stay continually up to date with a detailed understanding of the market dynamics and develop relevant relationships across<br> the industry<br> β Build relationships and engage key stakeholders with the internal functions . marketing, finance and supply chain to resolve<br> business issues cross-functionally<br> β Provide leadership for the sales team including goal setting, coaching and development<br> β Own GTN investment budget by country & customer<br> β Lead profitable country P&L<br><br> Skills & qualifications<br> β Demonstrated ;leadership skills<br> β Solid experience in FMCG in account management / Sales role<br> β Fluent in English reading & writing<br> β High level presentation skills
