Showroom Sales Consultant (Russian Speaker)

<p>As a Showroom Sales Consultant you will be responsible for the below:</p><p> </p><ul><li>Meeting or exceeding sales goals.</li><li><span>Welcome &amp; greet all customers in a warm and friendly manner / attitude.</span></li><li>Establish solid relationships with customers, cross/upsell and deliver excellent product awareness.</li><li>Provide to the customers accurate information about product features and pricing.</li><li><span>Explain to the customers delivery, payment, installation and demonstration procedures.</span></li><li><span>Prepare quotations.</span></li><li><span>Prepare monthly sales report.</span></li><li><span>Responsible for analyzing stock management information available to ensure sales opportunities are maximized.</span></li><li><span>Ensure proper display and visual merchandising standards according to communicated guidelines at all times.</span></li><li><span>Ensure the showroom is kept clean and tidy at all times.</span></li><li><span>Highlight the features and benefits of all products to customers including technical terms.</span></li><li><span>Make sure all the daily collections, receipts and other documents are all checked and up to date.</span></li><li><span>Update daily customer database report.</span></li><li><span>Update daily sales report of the showroom.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><em>Qualifications:</em></p><ul><li><span>3-5 years previous experience working within luxury retail</span></li><li><span>Language: English, Russian</span></li><li><span>Passionate to achieve results and grow sales</span></li><li><span>Ability to influence and persuade in order to achieve goals</span></li><li><span>Excellent interpersonal skills</span></li></ul><p><br></p>
