The PPC Head will be responsible for leading and managing the Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising strategy and campaigns for Bearaby. This role will involve developing and implementing effective PPC strategies, managing advertising budgets, and analyzing campaign performance.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>YOU will:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><span>Develop and execute PPC strategies for Bearaby’s online campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business objectives.</span></li><li><span>Manage and optimize the company’s Google Ads account, including conducting keyword research, creating ads, implementing bidding strategies, and allocating budgets.</span></li><li><span>Continuously analyze and evaluate campaign performance, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize ROI and achieve KPI targets.</span></li><li><span>Conduct A/B testing to enhance ad performance and improve user experience.</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including growth, creative, and web development, to create high-quality and relevant ad creatives and landing pages.</span></li><li><span>Stay updated on the latest PPC trends and best practices, leveraging this knowledge to enhance campaign performance and efficiency.</span></li><li><span>Prepare and present regular reports on PPC performance to management, highlighting key insights and providing strategic recommendations.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>YOU Have:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><span>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.</span></li><li><span>5+ years of experience in PPC marketing, with a proven track record of managing large-scale Google Ads campaigns.</span></li><li><span>In-depth understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other PPC tools.</span></li><li><span>Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.</span></li><li><span>Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.</span></li><li><span>Strong leadership and communication skills, with prior experience in managing and developing a team.</span></li><li><span>Knowledge of CRO best practices.</span></li><li><span>Familiarity with ecommerce industry trends and best practices.</span></li><li><span>Google Ads certification is a plus.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>WE Offer:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><span>Competitive salary</span></li><li><span>Health Insurance coverage, including Dental</span></li><li><span>Paid Annual Leave</span></li><li><span>Birthday off</span></li></ul><p><br></p>
