<p>The ideal candidate is a motivated individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers and who will be responsible for supervising our sales team.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Oversees the activities and performance of the sales team.</li><li>Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets</li><li>Mentor the team to help them achieve individual & team objectives</li><li>Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.</li><li>Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.</li><li>Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.</li><li>Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business</li><li>5+ years of UAE experience in a similar role in consumer electronic sector</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to lead a sales team.</li></ul><p><br></p>
