<p><strong><span>Job Objective:</span></strong></p><br><p><span>Plan, lead and oversee all the JCSA commercial partnerships / sponsorship and sales functions to drive revenue, grow awareness and build engagement with</span><span> JCSA brand and events – particularly the world’s richest race, The Saudi Cup and its key seasons in Riyadh and Taif</span><span>.</span></p><br><p><span><strong><span>Primary Roles and Responsibilities:</span></strong></span></p><br><p><span>●<span> </span></span><span>Build, lead, inspire,</span><span> support and empower a high performing sales team to grow sponsorship, raceday and non-raceday sales.</span></p><br><p><span>●<span> </span></span><span>Help develop a partnership sales strategy, rights matrix and go-to-market plan that is aligned with JCSA’s commercial direction and maximises value across its annual programme of race meetings to build and support a best-in-class roster of long-term domestic and international partners across key categories.</span></p><br><p><span>●<span> </span></span><span>Develop a sales function that grows raceday hospitality and membership sales across the season and in particular The Saudi Cup. Work closely with F&B, events and marketing to ensure that product and pricing is aspirational, targeted and timely into market.</span></p><br><p><span>●<span> </span></span><span>Establish a CRM function to ensure that sales lead generation remains focused, timely and relevant. </span></p><br><p><span>●<span> </span></span><span>Build relationships with key decision makers across all key target sectors including racing industry to drive sales.</span></p><br><p><span>●<span> </span></span><span>Ensure all commercial partners’ rights are effectively implemented and work with them to identify additional mutually beneficial brand, communication, media and event opportunities that positively impact on racing engagement in the Kingdom, raceday attendance and guest experiences. </span></p><br><p><span><span>●<span> </span></span><span>Work closely with both Media Operations Manager and Digital Manager to identify broadcast and digital platform integration opportunities and effectively monitor commercial partners’ media value. Identify opportunities for them to help </span><span>showcase the best of our racing, lifestyle and cultural proposition while ensuring they are effectively integrated into the narrative.</span></span></p>
