Preferably in Educational and Real-estates Industries.</p><p>* V. Good English</p><p>* Bachelor degree</p><p>* Prior experience managing inbound/outbound calls, emails, chat and social media channels.</p><p>* Proven track record of successfully exceeding Telesales targets.</p><p>* Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.</p><p>* Have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p><p>* The Telesales Advisor is responsible for professionally representing the organization.</p><p>* Contact potential learners or applicants to guide their decision making and help them.</p><p>* Answer questions about the courses, programs, or the admissions process.</p><p>* Ask questions to understand our learners and our programs better, with a cultural awareness of each region.</p><p>* Develop and execute a strategy for meeting and exceeding sales goals and quotas through effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and market knowledge, all in a consultative sales environment.</p><p>* Develop a professional and effective sales approach that is used with all customers, and that has appropriate follow-up and follow through.</p><p>* Building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with new and existing Customers, whilst achieving sales growth.</p>
