<strong><u>Position Overview<br><br></u></strong>We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as an Account Manager Third-Party Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our third-party partners and ensuring smooth operations and effective collaboration. You will play a vital role in optimizing processes, resolving issues, and maximizing the performance of our third-party accounts.<br><br><strong><u>Key Responsibilities<br><br></u></strong>1- Account Management:<br><ul><li> Serve as the primary point of contact for our third-party partners, building and maintaining strong relationships.</li><li> Understand the specific needs and objectives of each partner and proactively address their concerns.</li><li> Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies, resources, and goals with the partners expectations.<br></li></ul><strong><u>2- Operational Excellence<br></u></strong><ul><li> Monitor and manage the operational performance of third-party accounts, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and contractual obligations.</li><li> Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement, implementing best practices to streamline operations.</li><li> Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions promptly.<br></li></ul><strong><u>3- Performance Analysis And Reporting<br></u></strong><ul><li> Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports to internal stakeholders and third-party partners.</li><li> Identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement, making data-driven recommendations to enhance operational effectiveness.</li><li> Collaborate with partners to establish performance benchmarks and goals, striving to exceed expectations.<br></li></ul><strong><u>4- Communication And Collaboration<br></u></strong><ul><li> Facilitate effective communication channels between internal teams and third-party partners, ensuring seamless information exchange.</li><li> Conduct regular meetings, training, and workshops to foster strong relationships and align on objectives.</li><li> Act as a liaison between the partners and internal departments, effectively conveying requirements and ensuring timely execution.<br></li></ul><strong><u>5- Relationship Development<br></u></strong><ul><li> Identify opportunities to expand and grow partnerships with existing third-party accounts.</li><li> Conduct regular business reviews with partners, addressing challenges and exploring potential areas of collaboration.</li><li> Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to maintain a competitive edge.<br></li></ul><strong><u>Requirements<br></u></strong><ul><li> Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field with 7 years work experience</li><li> Proven experience in account management or operations management, preferably within a third-party or vendor management environment.</li><li> Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at various levels.</li><li> Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a data-driven and detail-oriented approach</li><li> Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments to achieve common goals.</li><li> Proficient in using productivity tools and software applications for data analysis and reporting.<br></li></ul>
