<br><p><strong><em>Our Client is International Manufacturing company is seeking </em></strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong><em> Internal Compliance officer </em></strong> </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Scope of Work</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Responsible for ensuring compliance to the legal requirements laid down by Corporate Governance and any other statutory requirements, both local and international, regarding the formation and operation of the company.</p><p><br></p><ul><li><span> Develop and implement an effective legal compliance program and create sound internal controls and monitor adherence to them</span></li><li><span>monitoring changes in legislation and taking appropriate action to create awareness.</span></li><li><span>developing, enrolling and maintaining policies and collaborate with the line management of all departments.</span></li><li><span>overseeing and advising on compliance and regulatory matters; educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices</span></li><li><span> Address employee concerns or questions on legal compliance</span></li><li><span>managing regulatory compliance issues including incident management.</span></li><li><span> quarterly compliance reporting, improve efficiency and effectiveness of group compliance reporting;</span></li><li><span> providing compliance and legal training, develop e-learnings and webinars, maintain procedures that ensure the company complies with applicable legislation and Code of Conduct.</span></li><li><span>Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with external auditors and HR when needed</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications </strong></p><p><br></p><p><span>10 years relevant working experience within an (international) law firm or Multinational company combined with at least 5 year working experience as compliance officer</span></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Highly proficient in the use of PC, specially report writing (word processing), spreadsheets (Excel ) and graphical presentation (e.g. Freelance and PowerPoint)</li><li>high standard of integrity, business ethics</li><li>Fluent command of English (both oral as in writing)</li></ul><p><br></p>
