A Senior Retoucher is responsible for the organization and execution of high-end photo manipulation; color adjustments; adhoc retouch requests and contributing to the co-ordination of the day-to-day operations of the retouching team.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>What you will be doing 💻</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for co-ordination and delivering of top-quality image retouching. Advocating leading market quality output across all product categories.</li><li>Develop and update guidelines for our RAW asset treatment and color matching process.</li><li>Assisting the Junior retouchers in image editing and color matching when necessary and to identify opportunities to improve their work quality and efficiency.</li><li>Quality control all assets before handover to Digital and Merchandising teams.</li><li>Coordinating with the Product and Design teams to ensure that the correct details on the items are applied on all images.</li><li>Checking all images from the Photographers to ensure that they are fit and in line with our website standards.</li><li>Supporting the graphic design team with banners.</li><li>Exporting images for upload on the website.</li><li>Practice TGM core values and expectations at every stage of the studio critical path.</li><li>Contributing to team and departmental meetings.</li><li>Demonstrating a positive, proactive attitude towards all tasks.</li><li>Build strong, professional and collaborative relationships with the wider studio team.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>What you will need to succeed 🚀</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 5 years’ of experience in image retouching.</li><li>Experience in the fashion industry.</li><li>Strong and polished retouching techniques.</li><li>Strong knowledge of color matching skills.</li><li>Experience working with Capture One.</li><li>Basic knowledge in Adobe Lightroom.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills – capable of working closely with many different areas within the business.</li><li>Demonstrated attention to detail and decision-making capabilities.</li><li>You’re driven, passionate and own your work.</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Why you will love working here 💯</strong></p><ul><li>An opportunity to shape the future of sustainable fashion, and give back to the community at the same time.</li><li>A start up environment that’s big on individual responsibility, accountability, team work and career progression.</li><li>We are big on culture.
