Job Description

<p>The Licensing Officer will be responsible to process, monitor and update our clients DHA / MOH and DOH applications.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Handle the DHA / DOH and MOH Licensing; Credentialing, and Examination process.</li><li>Keeping track of the license status for our clients and keep them updated on a regular basis.</li><li>Initiate communication with clients for timely submission of necessary documents.</li><li>Interpret, assist and advise applicants regarding Dataflow and DOH requirements within the specified guidelines.</li><li>Coordinate with the clients using a professional and friendly communication channel for timely processing of documents.</li><li>Liaises with team, hospitals and clients to collect all the required documents for the credentialing process.</li><li>Be actively involved in the quality improvement activities within the company.</li><li>Adhere to company policies in general.</li><li>Maintain professional confidentiality at all times.</li></ul><p><br></p>
