<p><em>A leading Real Estate Agency is looking for their Sales Manager.</em></p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. Has experience in leading, managing and motivating his team.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Managing team of <strong>Real Estate</strong> experts (within the framework of regular management);</li><li>Coordinating team members at all stages of work with client;</li><li>Fulfillment of planned operational indicators;</li><li>Selection of real estate properties according to the client’s requirements;</li><li>Appointments and viewings at the facilities;</li><li>Coordination and supervision of the deals with the clients;</li><li>Maintaining the current status of the client in the crm-system.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business</li><li>3+ years’ of sales experience in UAE</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional foreign language is a plus but not required)</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Company Offer</strong></p><ul><li>Higher marketplace salary</li><li>Convenient location of the office (on a metro line close to downtown)</li><li>Good incorporate environment </li><li>Bonuses</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you sound enough experienced related with above requirements, we are waiting for you!</p>
