<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><p>· Leads in planning and implementing changes to infrastructure with the goal of enhancing performance.</p><p>· Performs complex storage and server installation, Configuration, data backup, data migration and disaster recovery operations.</p><p>· Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies</p><p>· Performs complex software and operating system upgrades and track system licensing.</p><p>· Configures security settings or access permissions for groups and individuals.</p><p>· Documents complex procedures and troubleshooting procedures related to systems/networks software and hardware.</p><p>· Leads the configuration and maintenance of office and/or production software, adjunct support and/or utility software, i.e. Virus malware protection, office application suites and/or application software.</p><p>· Works and liaise with business applications, vendors, consultants, contractors, and IT personnel from other organization, Divisions, and Departments for the implementation of new solution or for problem solving.</p><p>· Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability</p><p>· Manage, Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes</p><p>· Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks</p><p>· Participate in the design of information and operational support systems</p><p>· Provide 2nd and 3rd level support</p><p>· Participate in security management</p><p> </p><p><strong>Budget Range AED 4K-5K based on experience</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Qualification and Requirements</strong></p><p><br></p><p> . Minimum 3 years experience</p><p>· B.E./ B.SC. /M.C.A/M.Sc Computer Engineering/Science</p><p>· Hands on skills on Microsoft Servers, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, VMware, Hyper-V, Azure, Microsoft 365, Server security</p><p>· Solid Cloud experience, preferably in MS AZURE & AWS</p><p>· Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting Linux based environments.</p><p>· Hand on experience in Installing and configuring Blade, and hyper Converged Server infrastructure</p><p>· Hand on experience in Patching and Patching software for servers and clients.</p><p>· Hand on experience in Enterprise End point protection system for servers and clients</p><p>· Knowledge and experience of Load Balancers, MS SQL, Identity Management System, Email Archiving.</p><p>· Solid experience in the administration and performance tuning of application stacks (e.g. Tomcat, JBoss, Apache)</p><p>· Experience with virtualization and containerization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V and Virtual Box)</p><p>· Solid scripting skills (e.g., shell scripts, Power shell)</p><p>· Knowledge of Security Best Practices and ISO 27001 Compliance</p><p>· VMware and Microsoft Certifications</p><p>· ITIL foundation certified</p><p>· Knowledge of IT processes like Incident, Problem and Change Management</p><p>· Good oral and written communications skills.</p><p>· Fluency in English.</p><p>· Independently handling of projects</p><p>· Ability to adapt organization requirements, demands and innovation.</p><p>· Being proactive with problem solving skills.</p><p>.
