<ul><li>Job Purpose<br></li></ul>The role of Rawi is to connect AlUla’s audiences to the regions extraordinary heritage, nature and culture. The Tour Guides’ will work as a team and individuals. They will be required to attend training and mentorship programmers, continually developing skills and broadening experience. The intention is for these roles to mature into future development, management and leadership roles for the planned cultural destinations in AlUla.<br><ul><li>Key Duties and Responsibilities <br></li></ul>Functional Responsibilities<br><br>1<br><br>Assist in hosting and guiding visitors to Khybar , bridging them with the region’s heritage, nature, and culture.<br><br>2<br><br>Support in recording key visit data such as visitor profiles and feedback.<br><br>3<br><br>Assist to deliver audience-facing events that deliver heritage content.<br><br>4<br><br>Support RCU discovery teams, collating required stories and data to support continued content development.<br><br>5<br><br>Develop and deliver audience engagement projects, at a community, national and international level (when required).<br><br>6<br><br>Support in bring their insight, stories, and skills to site management development projects.<br><br>7<br><br>Participate in training activities, mentoring new recruits where appropriate.<br><br>8<br><br>Assist to represent RCU’s values and activities in different forums.<br><br>9<br><br>Report incidents that come to their attention to the Site Manager using the system in place for such reporting.<br><br>10<br><br>Assist with daily opening, closing, and related procedures on sites and with events that may take place there, including acting the role of Duty Manager responsible for those actions.<br><br>11<br><br>Work closely with and be under the authority of the Site manager when working at a particular site.<br><br>12<br><br>Participate in developing and delivering the Heritage Sites projects
