Urban Signature Real estate is seeking to appoint an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join their experienced team in Business Bay Dubai.<br>Administrative Coordinator will support the real estate team with paper work, progressing sales, applying for permits and ensuring accuracy of documentation.<br><br>Your Responsibilities will include:<br><br>* Preparing real estate forms to make contracts A, B, F, MOU’s , NOC’s etc.<br>* Should have knowledge of Trakhessi System and able to get permits for each property.<br>* Handling portals like Bayut, Dubizzle and Property finder.<br>* Ordering Supplies,preparing and distributing documents.<br>*Fair knowledge of DLD regulations.<br>* Assisting with closing process.<br>* Performing duties as assigned.<br><br>Ideal profile:<br><br>* You have 1-2 years of experience in the similar role in the Real estate industry.<br>* Good communication skills, both verbal and written.<br>* Able to work independently and as part of team.<br>* Attention to detail, critical and problem solving skills. <br><br>Benefits:<br><br>* Competitive Salary package<br>* Pleasant and Professional working environment.<br>* Opportunity to learn and grow within the industry.<br><br>Start date: Immediate<br>If you meet the above requirements and ready to take on this opportunity we would love to hear from you.
