Senior Manager – Legal & Finance

Job Description

<p>Our client is seeking for an experienced&nbsp;<strong>Senior Manager for Legal &amp; Finance</strong>.&nbsp;Your role is to&nbsp;review and negotiate major contracts (that included technical contracts, aircraft, purchases agreements, aircraft purchase and associated technical contracts, aircraft sale and leaseback agreements and financing transactions). Ensures to drive strategies in line with work processes, company policies and best practices. In order to achieve high quality performance in accordance with organisation and department standards. Responsible and accountable to lead and manage a team of legal specialist.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key accountability&nbsp;includes, but are not limited to:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and implement strategies, processes and procedures in line with the business requirements to ensure that exposure to risk is mitigated and the company enters into contractual relations beneficial to it.&nbsp;</li><li>Negotiating, drafting and implementing a wide variety of complex, multiparty agreements, including mergers and acquisitions and strategic alliances.&nbsp;</li><li>Oversee the contract process from receipt of the QCAS request until signature and distribution of the signed contract including the preparation, review, negotiation and approval of contractual documents and templates for activities related to aircraft and technical contracts.&nbsp;</li><li>Establish the department or teams objectives and priorities to align with and support business objectives.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Be a qualified and admitted lawyer with minimum 10 years of job-related experience</li><li>To have minimum 10 years relevant experience in aircraft purchase and associated technical contracts and aircraft sale, leaseback,&nbsp;loan contracts/agreements and financing transactions.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience at executive management level</li><li>Must have demonstrated experience and a track record of successfully having negotiated complex, high profile and high value contracts with specific reference to the aforementioned types.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong background in finance,&nbsp;technical and understand how aircraft engines work</li><li>Experience with MRO agreements, Ground Handling agreements, Fleet Management</li><li>Ideally from a Manufacturing background&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p><ul><li>34,000-40,000QAR per month (depending on experience)&nbsp;</li><li>Company Accommodation or an Allowance</li><li>Transportation Allowance – 1,500 QAR</li><li>Full medical</li><li>1 annual flight per year</li><li>Unlimited ID50&amp;ID 90 flights</li><li>Education allowance for up to 3 Children</li><li>30 Days Annual Leave per year</li><li>Buddy Pass flights</li><li>Discounts on Hotels, Restaurants, Leisure,Travel,Lifesyle,Retail</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Be part of an extraordinary story:</strong></p><p>Your skills.
