Senior Odoo Implementer

<p>We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Odoo Implementer to join our team. As a Senior Odoo Implementer, you will be responsible for leading the successful implementation and customization of Odoo ERP solutions for our clients.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead end-to-end implementation projects of Odoo ERP solutions, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.</li><li>Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, and provide expert advice on leveraging Odoo functionalities to meet their needs.</li><li>Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer and user adoption of the Odoo system.</li><li>Customize and configure Odoo modules to align with clients’ specific business requirements.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Odoo implementation, integrations, and performance.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest Odoo features, functionalities, and best practices, and provide guidance to the team and clients accordingly.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience in implementing and customizing Odoo ERP solutions, with a focus on modules such as Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, and Manufacturing.</li><li>Proficiency in configuring workflows, reports, and dashboards within the Odoo system.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into effective Odoo solutions.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teams.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Python and experience with custom module development in Odoo is a plus </li><li>Project management experience is a plus.</li></ul><p><br></p>
