Be a part of an exceedingly progressive company to further your career.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>We are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive to help us meet our enterprise customer acquisition and revenue growth targets in the GCC region by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for selling Giift software solutions and services to new prospects within the assigned territory. achieve the company revenue target and create and execute sales strategy, and report to the VP of MENAT. This role will be based in Dubai, UAE.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Identify, design, develop, and implement market-driven strategies to achieve revenue targets.&nbsp;</li><li>Generating new leads and converting MQL periodically to grow the pipeline.&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct presentations, deliver a basic demo of the solutions, proposal creation, and negotiation.&nbsp;</li><li>Handle vendor registration and bidding submission and the full RFP response process.&nbsp;</li><li>Recruit, manage, and grow potential reseller partners to expand business coverage in the assigned territory.</li><li>Lead regional and strategic account plan and align with sales supporting functions, product management, professional services, and customer success management teams.&nbsp;</li><li>Generate revenue from ACV through new customers for all Giift Solutions and Services.</li><li>Perform against the annual ACV targets and maintain forecast linearity towards quarterly targets.</li><li>Provide regular updates and reporting through the CRM tools and follow Giift sales governance processes.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Credible and competent Individual capable of and record of working at Senior leadership levels with key Strategic Partners</li><li>Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges.</li><li>Proven Track record of Software solutions or services Sales targets over achievements in the MENA region.</li><li>Extensive relationship, consultative selling, and knowledge of key GCC countries.</li><li>Experience selling Enterprise solutions to the FSI markets.</li><li>Awareness of Banking and payments products i.e. &nbsp;(Retail Banking, payments, digital channels, loyalty solutions …etc)</li><li>Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing, Business Management, or any other relevant degree</li><li>Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or any other relevant degree.</li><li>Experience in Loyalty programs and corporate rewards business models is preferred.</li><li>MBA is a plus.</li></ul><p><br></p>
