Real Estate Agent – Holiday Homes
Job Description
<p>As a Real Estate Agent for SAM Holiday Homes, <strong>you will be responsible for finding and bringing new properties to our portfolio</strong>, as well as working with landlords and tenants to ensure that our properties are rented out efficiently and effectively.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, lead generation, and market research.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants</li><li>Negotiate and close deals with landlords and tenants</li><li>Conduct price analysis to ensure that properties are priced competitively to maximize rentals and exposure.</li><li>Coordinate with the maintenance and cleaning teams to ensure that properties are kept in top condition.</li><li>Monitor and update property availability calendars and pricing information.</li><li>Prepare and send out regular performance reports to landlords and agents.</li><li>Conduct market research and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Strong organizational and analytical skills</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software</li><li>Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Strong knowledge of real estate or vacation rental industry is an asset</li><li>Fluent in English and able to speak Arabic is a plus</li></ul><p>Compensation:</p><ul><li>We offer a base salary and <span>commission on the rental income generated by the properties brought to our portfolio.</span></li><li>We offer performance-based bonuses to agents who achieve specific targets or milestones.</li><li>We offer graduated commission rates, where agents earn higher commission rates as they achieve higher sales targets.</li><li>We invest in training and development programs for our agents, to help them improve their skills and increase their earning potential</li></ul><p>We are looking for motivated and ambitious real estate agents to join our team and help us grow our business.
