You’ll find leaders who give you the freedom to explore new things and a team where knowledge is shared openly.<br><ul><li>Mapping the designated channels, identifying the key channel partners, determining weightage of each channel & partner and measure Canon as well as competitor’s Mash.</li><li>Utilize the above study as a basis to plan the sales through strategy in coordination with Country Distribution Manager.</li><li>Establish Channel Partners contacts and business relationships with the right representatives of the Key accounts for the designated channels.</li><li>Expand Canon presence through the designated channels and enhance Canon visibility & availability within the channels.</li><li>Plan, execute & monitor all channel activities in coordination with PM, Trade Marketing and CDM.</li><li>Plan, execute & monitor Tier 2 partners team training to support their sales.</li><li>Maintain, Track, and report all Market related information about Canon and Competitors in terms of new products, pricing and activities to CDM.</li><li>Ensure sales through achievement across the designated channels.</li><li>Plan, Monitor & Execute Tier 2 partners sell out & inventory management activities.</li></ul> <strong>What we ask</strong><strong><strong>Interpersonal Requirements<br></strong></strong><ul><li>Drive and multitasking skills combined with a high level of personal integrity and tact.</li><li>High attention to detail and a concern for accuracy in work.</li><li>Ability to carry out the role within set deadlines.</li><li>Effective communication skills to a high level with individuals at all levels</li><li>A strong go getter willing to capture any sales opportunity in his channel.</li><li>French Speaking.</li></ul><strong>Previous Experience and Education<br></strong><ul><li>4+ years of experience in a similar role within the Printing and/or Photo Video industries.</li><li>Superior communication in written and spoken English (Essential), Arabic an advantage.</li><li>Advanced MS Office, particularly Excel and Power Point (Essential).</li><li>English & French speaking.</li></ul> <strong>You will need<br></strong><ul><li>Able to work on own initiative and in a team environment.</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines and priorities workload effectively.</li><li>Flexibility to adapt to the changing demands of the role.</li><li>A high level of accuracy to provide relevant/timely information.</li><li>Ability to establish trust and credibility within the organization</li></ul> Canon is enriching lives and businesses in incredible new ways.
