Telesales Executive
Job Description
<p>We’re hiring a proactive and results-oriented Telesales Executive to join our sales team. As a Telesales Executive, you’ll play a vital role in contacting existing and potential customers to promote and sell our company’s products and services. Your primary objective will be to generate sales leads, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets through effective communication and persuasive selling techniques.</p><p><br></p><p><em>Requirements:</em></p><p><br></p><p>â—¾Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field is preferred.</p><p>â—¾Proven experience (Minimum 2 years) working as a telesales executive in the UAE.</p><p>â—¾Good knowledge of relevant computer programs, such as CRM software, and familiarity with telephone systems.</p><p>â—¾Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills to influence customers and close deals.</p><p>â—¾Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage customers and convey product information persuasively.</p><p>â—¾Good time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.</p><p><br></p><p><em>Responsibilities:</em></p><p><br></p><p>â—¾Initiate outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote our products and services.</p><p>â—¾Persuade customers by highlighting the key features and benefits of our offerings.</p><p>â—¾Identify and generate promising leads.</p><p>â—¾Utilize sales scripts provided by the company to guide conversations.</p><p>â—¾Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer products and services.</p><p>â—¾Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for call volume and sales revenue.</p><p>â—¾Enter and update customer information accurately in our company’s database.</p><p>â—¾Maintain detailed records of calls and sales, documenting relevant information.</p><p><br></p><p>Joining our team as a Telesales Executive will provide you with an opportunity to contribute to our sales growth while enhancing your sales skills and expanding your knowledge of our products and services.</p>
