<p>As AeroControl Group continues to grow and expand globally, we are now looking for a Licensed Flight Dispatcher.</p><p><br></p><p>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</p><p>• Obtaining all overflight/landing permits, and slots, in accordance with all regulations in an expeditious and economic manner.</p><p>• Flight planning and filing with all applicable ATC agencies, (utilizing PPS software)</p><p>•&nbsp;Calculating the Take-off/Landing limitations.</p><p>• Computing the required fuel, flight duration.</p><p>• Working knowledge of reading and implementing MEL/CDL. </p><p>• Following and monitoring the flight throughout and evaluating and re-evaluating the weather, route, and other factors during the flight.</p><p>• Planning for alternates (departure, enroute and destination)</p><p>• Collating/reviewing/delivering WX, NOTAM’s, PIREPs, enroute and airport Info to flight crew. </p><p>• Ensuring aircraft, crew and passengers have all necessary equipment, documents, visas, and any other entry requirements by concerned states/regions.</p><p>• Ensures that all airports and routes are operationally suitable and meet operator’s requirements.</p><p>• Setting up ground handling, in accordance with operator’s preference, appropriate facilities (weight restrictions, parking, aircraft servicing, hangarage, etc. and economical and efficient ground handling</p><p>• Flight following/monitoring/timely relay of movement messages.</p><p>• Staying current on all applicable NOTAMs, FARs, AIP’s, ICAO recommended practices and procedures and the regulations of each state of operations.</p><p>• Maintaining knowledge of aeronautical navigation systems, charts, airspace, air traffic control, aircraft performance, AFM, MEL, aeronautical communications, and publications.</p><p>• Ensuring fuel is being arranged and fuel releases relayed in a timely manner.</p><p>• Responds to requests of charter department and flight crew for international trip support services.</p><p>• Preparing/disseminating complete flight briefings for flight crew.</p><p><br></p><p>Qualification:</p><p>• Must have a valid Flight Dispatcher License</p>
