<p><strong>Position</strong>: Retail Sales Manager</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Dubai, United Arab Emirates</p><p><strong>Industry</strong>: Tiles &amp; Sanitaryware</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Retail Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales activities within our store, managing a team of sales professionals, and maintaining strong relationships with architects in the industry. Your expertise and market knowledge will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, maintaining customer satisfaction, and achieving revenue targets.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p><ul><li>Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.</li><li>Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth workflow.</li><li>Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and other industry professionals to generate business opportunities and maintain a positive brand image.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor information to effectively position our offerings in the market.</li><li>Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, generate reports, and present findings to senior management.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional activities, campaigns, and events to drive footfall and increase sales.</li><li>Ensure the store’s visual merchandising standards are maintained, and the showroom is always presentable and well-organized.</li><li>Address customer complaints and concerns promptly, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels, product availability, and pricing to optimize stock levels and maximize sales opportunities.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with market trends, customer preferences, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and potential areas for growth.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Manager or similar role in the Tiles &amp; Sanitaryware industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of the Dubai market, customer preferences, and industry trends.</li><li>Exceptional sales skills, with a demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.</li><li>Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on coaching and motivating a sales team.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Arabic.</li><li>Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with architects and other industry professionals.</li><li>Results-driven with a customer-oriented approach.</li><li>Proficient in using sales CRM systems and MS Office suite.</li><li>Familiarity with visual merchandising techniques and retail store operations.</li><li>Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.</li><li>Flexible schedule, including availability to work on weekends or extended hours when required.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p><p>The salary package for this position will be based on the candidate’s expertise, experience, and market competitiveness.
