So whatever your role, if you share our passion for helping others, you’ll be working towards creating a better and fairer future for all.<br><br></p><p><strong>You are responsible for<br></strong></p><ul><li><p>Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget</p></li><li><p>Partnering closely with Sales and Key Account Management team during the pre-sales process</p></li><li><p>Conducting site assessments to understand the local situation and actual customer need</p></li><li><p>Performing risk assessments, creating budgets and project plans tailored to customer needs and creating accurate quotes</p></li><li><p>Setting project milestones, project planning and interfacing with customers throughout all project phases</p></li><li><p>Ensuring that all required materials, resources and activities are ordered, planned and executed.</p></li><li><p>Conducting weekly project plan reviews with all stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Managing risks and customer issues, and ensuring that the project stays on schedule and within budget</p></li><li><p>Conducting pre and post calculation reviews and ”Lessons Learnt” for projects</p></li><li><p>Organizing the execution of the actual installation and required user training<br><br></p></li></ul><strong>You are a part of</strong><p>You will be working as part of a highly experienced, dynamic and diverse team with a shared goal of delivering top quality service to customers.  Reporting to the Solution Delivery Leader META, you will also work closely with other Project and Account Managers, as well as various other areas of the Philips business.<br><br><strong>To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following<br></strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Computer engineering, Science or related·</p></li><li><p>5+ years of specific project or program management experience in Healthcare IT related industry is a must.</p></li><li><p>Certified Project Manager, PMP or equivalent is a must.</p></li><li><p>Experience in contract and risk management as well as a solid understanding of the Tender Management process</p></li><li><p>Sound negotiation and stakeholder management experience</p></li><li><p>Mandatory to speak and write Arabic and English fluently.</p></li><li><p>Sound business &amp; commercial acumen, with the ability to manage margins and budgets as well as identify new business opportunities.<br></p></li></ul><p><strong>In return, we offer you</strong></p><p>As Solutions Project Manager you will be exposed to all parts of the Healthcare business.
