<p><strong>Position Summary :</strong></p><p><br></p><p><span>Responsible for </span><strong>execution</strong><span> of activities related to employee relation sections including new joining formalities for new employees, orientation &amp; induction programs, SCE (Saudi Council Engineer) Registration, New Iqama, probation evaluation, Contract &amp; Iqama Renewal, Internal Transfer, leave management, Ticket management,&nbsp;medical insurance, GOSI, disciplinary management, employee grievance, employee services, performance management, training &amp; development, recreation programs, separation management, MIS reports,etc.</span></p><p><br></p><p> <strong>Major Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li> 路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Execution for end-to-end ownership for employee relations section and to support Superiors for implementing employee relations strategies in line with department &amp; corporate objectives.</span></li><li>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Monitor and follow up SAP HCM pending workflow reports and co-ordinate with individual users for timely completion of tasks with accuracy.</span></li><li>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Analyze weekly pending HCM SAP tasks report and submit summary report to ER Section Head, HR Supervisor, HR Manager on weekly basis.</span></li><li>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Coordinate and facilitate grievance procedures, review employee grievance &amp; complaints and provide resolution to avoid reoccurrence and employee satisfaction. </span></li><li>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Monitor key employee relations metrics like absenteeism, voluntary attrition and incidence of disciplinary action and submit report to ER Section Head, HR Supervisor &amp; HR Manager. </span></li><li>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Ensure applicability of Laiha and company policies &amp; procedures. Any deviation or exceptional cases need to escalate to HR Manager for decision.</span></li><li>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Ensure compliance of documentation and process according to company policy /procedures, ISO standards and Saudi Labor law.</span></li><li>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Ensure compliance of GOSI as per GOSI law &amp; Medical insurance as per CCHI rules &amp; regulations.</span></li><li>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Maintain department objectives, KPI &amp; Risk register related to Employee Relation and submit monthly feedback to ER Section Head, HR Supervisor &amp; HR Manager for review.</span></li><li>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Participate in internal &amp; external audit and ensure HR records and team available for audit.</span></li><li>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Maintain record and provide status for corrective and preventive action for non-conformances and issues.</span></li><li>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Participate in employee satisfaction, other surveys and Management review meeting.</span></li><li>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Collect information through employees exit interview questionnaire and analyzed periodically.</span></li><li>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Record of disciplinary actions to be maintained, however analysis of same to be shared with ER Section Head, HR Supervisor &amp; HR Manager and department for effective control.</span></li><li>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>&nbsp;Administer Leave &amp; Travel management system and operations.</span></li><li>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Co-ordinate with finance &amp; payroll team for offcycle (leave &amp; final settlements) processing.</span></li><li>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Ensure offcycle policy implemented effectively.</span></li><li>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Esure employee records mainatin with complete accuracy and confidentiality.</span></li><li>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Review, interpret, analyze and verify vacation, encashment &amp; final exit request.</span></li><li>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Execute and co-ordinate with responsible person for deletion of separated employees from human resources system, like medical, GOSI, Labour department.</span></li><li>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Provide support to line managers and employees explaining procedures, policies and employment legislation in a timely effective manner.</span></li><li>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Counseling vacation / exit applicants and employees on rules, policies, benefits, procedures and Saudi labour law.</span></li><li>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Ensure and verify that Final settlement, vacation payment, POLO clearance, departure clearance, Job handover, visa formalities, issuance of employment certificates has been done before employee departure/exit.</span></li><li>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Execute and support any employee relation services required from employees &amp; department Managers.</span></li><li>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Define, identify Non-SAP data records and ensure weekly backup for availability of frequent reports.</span></li><li>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Responsible to regular access to Muqeem portal for reconciliation of government related data.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p> <strong>Required Work Experience:</strong></p><p> <strong>5-8 years</strong><span> experience in Human Resources or an equivalent combination. Experience managing a computerized benefit environment (SAP) will be added advantage.</span></p><p><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p> <strong>Education/Qualification Requirements:</strong></p><p> <span>Bachelor Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or related field from an accredited institution.</span></p><p></p>
