<p>As an Agile Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the successful execution of agile projects within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, designers, and quality assurance, to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products or services. You will be responsible for facilitating the agile development process, managing project scope, timelines, resources, and risks, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and manage agile projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to agile principles and methodologies.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.</li><li>Develop and maintain project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and dependencies.</li><li>Facilitate agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.</li><li>Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may impact delivery timelines or quality.</li><li>Foster a collaborative and empowered team environment, promoting effective communication, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Coordinate with product owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that user stories are well-defined and appropriately estimated.</li><li>Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and dependencies.</li><li>Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and advocate for the adoption of best practices within the organization.</li><li>Coach and mentor team members on agile methodologies, ensuring a strong understanding and adherence to agile principles.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager, preferably in a technology-driven organization.</li><li>Strong understanding of agile principles, frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), and software development methodologies.</li><li>Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Solid understanding of project management principles, tools, and techniques.</li><li>Experience using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello).</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.</li><li>Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus</li><li>Previous software development experience using Java, JavaScript is a plus.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business).</li><li>Excellent command of English</li></ul>
