Job description<p><br></p><p>As part of A1 Properties continued growth and expansion, we are looking for highly motivated Real Estate Agents to become part of our continued success. </p><p>We are searching not just for agents but entrepreneurs who want nothing more than to reap the financial rewards of the Dubai Real Estate market.</p><p> </p><p>What we provide</p><p>Ø Full management, marketing and admin support</p><p>Ø An extremely healthy and ever-increasing budget for marketing</p><p>Ø Full exposure via all the property portals within Dubai as well as international portals</p><p>Ø Continuous Social Media campaigns and coverage</p><p>Ø Diverse, multinational and energetic working environment </p><p>Ø Competitive commissions paid immediately upon completion of transactions</p><p> </p><p>What we are looking for?</p><p>Ø Dedicated and loyal agents looking to earn life changing amounts of money</p><p>Ø Real Estate experience is preferred however, anyone who can demonstrate they have the ability to learn and succeed will be considered</p><p>Ø People who can remain resilient and positive at all times in a highly competitive market </p><p> </p><p>Responsibilities </p><p>Ø Sourcing new properties for Sale and Rent </p><p>Ø Maintain a portfolio of approximately 15 – 20 properties on the portals on a monthly basis</p><p>Ø Be available and willing to work beyond normal office hours </p><p>Ø Utilize all company resources to promote the Sale and Rental of properties</p><p>Ø Manage relationships and regular contact with all clients including property owners </p><p>Ø Update daily, all leads and properties via the CRM system </p><p>Ø Ensure that company KPI’s are met on a monthly basis including commission targets</p><p>Ø Maintain up to date knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate market rules and regulations, market conditions, accurate property pricing and understanding of the economic fundamentals affecting the market</p><p>Ø Always promote and represent the company to the highest and most professional standards</p><p>Ø Constantly demonstrate the desire and drive to succeed </p><p> </p><p>Please note:</p><p>This position is a commission only role.
