You will support both standard and customized implementation of BNC AIR Enterprise.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The operational responsibilities of this position are:</strong></p><ul><li>Interact with prospects/customers to understand and document business requirements.</li><li>Demonstrate and map features and functionalities of BNC AIR Enterprise solution to customer needs.</li><li>Create functional requirement documentation and functional designs for customizations.</li><li>Identify upsell opportunities.</li><li>Define scope and create estimates for customization requirements.</li><li>Supervising and coordinating data migration from external systems into BNC AIR.</li><li>Coordinate and monitor new feature development for customers with RND.</li><li>Testing of features prior to releasing them to customers.</li><li>Conducting status review meetings, documenting, and communicating the outcome to stakeholders.</li><li>Assist with user acceptance testing of customizations.</li><li>Conduct user and administrator training.</li><li>Documentation and reporting as required at every stage of the implementation cycle.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>In addition to the above, you will be expected to complete any other tasks assigned by your Supervisor.</p><p><br></p><p>We would love to hear from you if you have…</p><p><strong>Experience: </strong>3 years of experience in customer relationship management</p><p><strong>UAE Driving License: Required</strong></p><p><strong>Knowledge:</strong> Ability to develop a clear understanding of clients’ needs and the ability to incorporate them into a solution</p><p><strong>Soft Skills:</strong> Coordination, Communication, Explanation, Creativity</p><p><strong>Qualities:</strong> Team player, tech-savvy, self-starter, Quick learner, pro-active, a strong sense of responsibility and ownership for assigned projects, Commitment to meeting deadlines</p><p>Broad understanding of software development lifecycle, development management, release management, and data migrations</p><p><strong>Language:</strong> Strong written and verbal communication skills</p>
