Job Description
<p><strong>Job Brief</strong></p><p>We are looking for candidates with relevant Sales Support/ Order Management or Fulfilment experience in UAE.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities and Duties:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Creation of Sales Order in ERP based on order confirmation by Sales Team</li><li>Liaising with Warehouse , Shipping and Customs Department to execute order.</li><li>Liaising with customer on behalf of Sales Team for any communication related to order (such as shipping updates, sharing documents, follow up on on going orders and payments if any).</li><li>Liaising with with Finance for any payments related matter.</li><li>Liaising with Purchase team to fulfil needs of on going sales order.</li><li>Creation of Purchase Order in ERP based on Purchase invoices.</li><li> Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with customer and understanding their needs.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience and Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>3 years of experience in <span>Sales Support/ Order Management/ Order Fulfilment is</span> required.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree is required ( specialising in Logistics/supply chain is advantageous)</li><li>Fluency in English Language is required.</li><li>Strong MS Office skills is required.</li><li>Experience working with ERP is required.</li><li>Strong knowledge in Unit Metrics, Weight and Dimensions</li><li>Strong Analytical skills is preferred</li></ul>
