He/ She is also responsible for new business development. The sales Executive is accountable for any commercial decision made regarding his accounts.</p><p>Increase and optimize the level of activity and expand it:</p><ul><li>Manages a portfolio of customers. Conducts required daily sales visits and ensures achievement of required sales and profit margin targets</li><li>Focuses on key account retention and growth by insuring proper contact to develop and provide custom made solutions that adds value and solidifies the partnership</li><li>Identifies sales opportunities (new account or new product) by using market knowledge.</li><li>Works closely with sales team and category specialist to develop effective sales strategies</li><li>Comes to the office daily unless his daily appointments prevents him to do so.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Increase Stock-Keeping Unit (SKU) penetration and off take level while optimizing profitability:</strong></p><ul><li>Is able to identify a need and recommend the right product for each customer</li><li>Advices customer, provides personalized solutions through a professional and technical approach to help fix identified issues</li><li>Grows or increases usage of current products applying technical knowledge, introduce new recipe ideas or concepts that can respond to a need or fulfil a new trend</li><li>Plays a key role in sampling distribution and customer feedback collection</li><li>Ensures that tenders are prepared, documented and submitted in a timely and professional manner, if needed</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Maintains high level of Customer Satisfaction:</strong></p><ul><li>Works on high level of satisfaction among his customers</li><li>Communicates and coordinates with other CFF resources such as Sales Manager, Marketing and Operations to meet and exceed customer satisfaction at all times</li><li>Proactively checks products quality/ availability to avoid complaints</li><li>Manages and records customer complaints according to CFF standards, proposes solution, takes action and involves management or suppliers when necessary</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Market Intelligence:</strong></p><ul><li>Has advanced knowledge of market situation, trends and opportunities in his scope.</li><li>Is proactive in collecting feedback from the field, including customer feedback, competitor activities, new trends, business opportunities</li><li>Coordinate with management to guaranty information is circulated.</li></ul><p><strong>Stock management and Forecasting:</strong></p><ul><li>Supports effective stock management by providing sales forecasts of accounts needs</li><li>Is aware of supply schedule &amp; stock position on category of products, anticipate issues (shortage, overstock)</li><li>Proposes solution to avoid/ fix stock problem and avoid wastage or product unavailability</li></ul><p><strong>Reporting:</strong></p><ul><li>Records daily customer visits in required format (CRM)</li><li>Provide report base on management requirement (stock/ sales analysis, etc.)</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>and possess;</strong></p><ul><li>Problem solving skills</li><li>Friendly and positive attitude</li><li>Time management</li><li>Fluency in English, verbal and written</li><li>Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize</li><li>Ability to deal with confidential issues discreetly and sensitively with excellent attention to detail</li><li>Proficient in using Microsoft Office.</li><li>Candidate <strong>MUST </strong>have experience in <strong><em>Fine Dining, Restaurants and knowledge in Seafood/Dairy/Meat/F&amp;V</em></strong></li></ul>
