<p><strong><u>Project Engineer.</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Description </strong></p><p><span>-Reviewing project drawings prepared by the design team. </span></p><p><span>-Responsible for RFI and submittal process </span></p><p><span>-Inspect materials delivered on-site for quality and compliance with specification </span></p><p><span>- Preparing /Updating the project daily reports </span></p><p><span>-Solve/help PM in solving technical issues on site.</span><span> </span></p><p><span>-Conduct daily site inspections. </span></p><p><span>-Verifying BOQ and preparing the resource log</span><span> </span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><strong>Job Requirements: </strong></p><p><span>• Architect or Civil with 5 to 7 years of experience </span></p><p><span>5 years minimum experience in Fit Out. </span></p><p><span>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both English and Arabic </span></p><p><span>• Knowledge of turnkey development projects, particularly hotels and high ends building</span></p><p><span>• Knowledge of materials finishes </span></p><p><span>• With technical knowledge of site issues </span></p><p><span>• Knowledge of document requirements for authority submission </span></p><p><span>• Good supervisory skills</span></p><ul><li><span>Computer knowledge especially CAD, MS Office and other software is additional points.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p>Share you CV with hr@arkigroup.com</p>
