Get ready to unleash your ninja skills with the following responsibilities: </p><ul><li>Invoice Processing: Accurately reviewing and verifying vendor invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Matching invoices with purchase orders and reconciling discrepancies. </li><li>Payment Processing: Coordinating and processing payments to vendors, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to payment terms. </li><li>Vendor Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with vendors, responding to inquiries, resolving payment-related issues, and reconciling vendor statements. </li><li>Expense Reporting: Processing employee expense reports, verifying supporting documentation, and ensuring adherence to expense policies.</li><li>Record Keeping: Maintaining organized and accurate records of invoices, payments, and related documentation in the financial system. </li><li>Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of accounts payable reports and analysis as required by the finance team. </li><li>Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvement within the accounts payable function and collaborating with the finance team to implement best practices. </li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>Qualifications and Skills:</strong> </p><ul><li>2+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a dynamic supply chain or fintech environment.
