Senior Client Officer – ADGM
Job Description
<p><strong>Must-Have Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 5 years UAE experience, ideally in the Legal or Corporate Services sector.</li><li>Extensive knowledge of corporate services in the financial zones of ADGM and DIFC.</li><li>Driving licence.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>To provide a range of business solutions focused on the UAE financial markets namely ADGM & DIFC.</li><li>To secure new business for all CBD services including, but not limited to, provision of a corporate partner, company formation (financial zone), (re) structuring, licencing, PRO/visa processing and compliance.</li><li>To independently self-generate leads for service lines across the Middle East that CBD operates in.</li><li>Assists the Leadership Team with initial client scoping discussions which may involve liaising with our legal services affiliate when broader legal and structural considerations are identified.</li><li>Prepares quotations to clients following confirmation of project scoping.</li><li>Drafts and reviews company incorporation documents, incorporation applications, board and shareholder resolutions for post-incorporation actions and the submission of all documents to the Registration Authority</li><li>Assists with the oversight of the annual filing obligations for clients, including the annual renewal of commercial licences and associated filings.</li><li>Provides effective ongoing support for clients, maintaining up to date corporate books, advising on compliance requirements and procedures to effect corporate changes.</li><li>Works in accordance with the CBD Code</li><li><span>To reflect the CBD brand in all correspondence and meetings with clients and partners</span></li></ul>
