<p><strong><u>Open Vacancy, Immediate Hiring: Strategic Sales Manager for a Software Company in Kuwait</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p><span>Enterprise Business Solutions W.L.L (EBS) a leading company in Kuwait specializing in proving Enterprise Software Optimization and Automation Solutions to the Oil & Gas industries is looking for a Strategic Sales Manager.</span></p><p><br></p><p><u>Duties cover:</u></p><ul><li><span>Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.</span></li><li><span>Manage all company’s sales activities, proposals development, operations, contract management and customer relationships.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><u>Roles & Responsibilities (Not Limited to):</u></p><ul><li><span>Manage Company relationships with all partners, vendors, and clients.</span></li><li><span>Take responsibility for the teams’ accuracy, efficiency, timeliness, and completion of duties.</span></li><li><span>Maintain the highest levels of customer service through proper communication to ensure client retention.</span></li><li><span>Grow services to meet client’s expectations, whilst maintaining strict budgetary control in line with Client requirements.</span></li><li><span>Develop Sales Account plans for key customers against the various products and solutions that EBS carries with its technology vendors.</span></li><li><span>Undertake regular meetings with clients to market and develop the Sales opportunities and sales pipeline and ensure effective and meaningful lines of communication are maintained, with clear opportunities plan and closure plan.</span></li><li><span>Monitor standards of operation, ensuring that the required standards are achieved and maintained.</span></li><li><span>Carry out contract / service reviews and drafts/implements local service level agreements.</span></li><li><span>Identify added value business opportunities i.e., new services/sales opportunities.</span></li><li><span>Lead sales process and contract negotiations.</span></li><li><span>Develop and present proposals and negotiate contracts closure.</span></li><li><span>Provide operational leadership to ensure contract delivery in line with company / client needs.</span></li><li><span>Monitor operational service delivery and standards ensuring compliance with requirements.</span></li><li><span>Plan and Manage Project implementation of business initiatives, events, mobilizations, and integration of new business.</span></li><li><span>Monitor client invoicing process and ensure prompt payment – Collection monitoring.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><u>Requirements and skills:</u></p><ul><li><span>Proven work experience as Strategic Sales Manager for software and/or Process Automation Solutions or similar role</span></li><li><span>Knowledge of Kuwait Oil and Gas market and customers.</span></li><li><span>Experience budgeting and forecasting, Sales Account Plans, and Sales Pipeline and Opportunities development.</span></li><li><span>Familiarity with business and financial principles</span></li><li><span>Excellent communication skills</span></li><li><span>Leadership ability</span></li><li><span>Outstanding organizational skills</span></li><li><span>Degree in Chemical Engineering, Computer Science / Engineering, or related field</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><span>Interested candidates: Please send your resume to: </span>HR@ebs-group.net and edmond@chammas.co</p><p><br></p>
