<strong><u>About Our Client</u></strong><p><br></p>We are working with a large investment platform which is looking for an experienced private equity / venture capital tech / TMT investor. <strong>What the job involves</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Leading the origination and execution of investments in sectors related to technology, entertainment, content and in adjacent / similar market sectors</li><li>Investments are likely to be a wide range of sizes, from early stage venture capital to large-scale private equity investments</li><li>Investments are likely to include joint venture investments</li><li>Leading the due diligence process and overseeing the financial analysis and valuation process for new investments</li><li>Devising investment strategies</li><li>Writing investment memoranda and presenting to the investment committee</li><li>Managing and monitoring the portfolio of investments alongside other team members and stakeholders</li><li>Engaging internally and externally with all relevant stakeholders</li><li>Providing leadership to the team and growing the team when required</li></ul> <strong>Who we are looking for</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Experience of leading all aspects of tech investing, ideally gained in both private equity and venture capital / growth equity</li><li>Experience of leading and growing teams</li><li>Experience of creating and refining investment strategies</li><li>Degree from a top-tier university in economics, finance, engineering, business management or similar</li><li>Willingness to be based full-time in Riyadh is a must</li></ul>
