As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Director to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.</p><p>Job Summary: The Financial Director will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the financial activities of our investment firm and its affiliated e-commerce company. Reporting directly to the executive management team, the Financial Director will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance, ensuring accurate financial reporting, managing risk, and implementing financial controls.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>Financial Planning and Analysis:</p><ul><li>Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the company’s growth objectives.</li><li>Conduct financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.</li><li>Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and proactively address any potential issues.</li></ul><p>Financial Reporting and Compliance:</p><ul><li>Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.</li><li>Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and reporting requirements.</li><li>Provide accurate financial information and reports to stakeholders, including executives, investors, and regulatory authorities.</li></ul><p>Risk Management:</p><ul><li>Develop and implement effective risk management strategies and policies to mitigate financial risks.</li><li>Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and implement improvements where necessary.</li><li>Identify and analyze potential financial risks and recommend appropriate actions to minimize their impact.</li></ul><p>Investment Analysis and Decision Making:</p><ul><li>Evaluate investment opportunities and provide financial analysis to support investment decisions.</li><li>Conduct due diligence on potential investments, including financial analysis, valuation, and risk assessment.</li><li>Collaborate with the executive management team to develop investment strategies and optimize returns on investments.</li></ul><p>Team Leadership and Development:</p><ul><li>Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance, mentoring, and support.</li><li>Foster a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and professional development within the finance team.</li><li>Encourage collaboration and effective communication across departments to achieve financial objectives.</li></ul><p>Qualifications and Requirements:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, ACCA) is highly desirable.</li><li>Proven experience as a Financial Director or in a similar senior financial leadership role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of finance, accounting principles, and investment analysis.</li><li>Familiarity with Saudi Arabian financial regulations and compliance requirements is preferred.</li><li>Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide strategic financial insights.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team and work collaboratively across departments.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.</li></ul><p><br></p>
