<p><strong>Role Purpose :</strong></p><p><br></p><p>The role of the Utilities Inspector is to support the Field Engineers in providing oversite and support in assuring quality services delivered by the Utilities O&amp;M Service Partners, and in line with agreed SLA’s and KPI’s</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Accountabilities &amp; Activities :</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Maintain a full understanding of the NEOM utility assets MEP systems and plant.</li><li>Maintain a full understanding of the operation and maintenance needs of the utilities MEP Assets.</li><li>Maintain a full understanding of the agreed SLA &amp; KPIs to be delivered by contracted Service Partners</li><li>Undertake daily monitoring and reporting of related contracted Service Partners activities</li><li>Provide advice and guidance to related contracted Service Partners</li><li>Support the Utilities &amp; Facilities Maintenance management in analyzing Service Partner Performance</li><li>Report on Service Partner non-compliances in service delivery, service standards and health&amp; safety</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Knowledge, Skills and Experience :</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in related MEP O&amp;M</li><li>Ideal experience in central utilities – Electrical and/or mechanical Systems</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications :</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><ul><li>Minimum an Engineering Certificate/ Diploma, or ideally a 1st Degree in an Engineering discipline</li></ul>
