The Product Manager also ensures that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.</p><p>If you want to become a top-notch Product Manager, you’re passionate about modern digital tactics, and thriving in a fast-paced, hyper-growth startup environment, then you came to the right place</p><p><br></p><p>Position Overview:</p><p>As an Engineer Manager, you will oversee a talented group of software engineers responsible for developing and maintaining our back-office systems.</p><p>Your expertise in Spring Boot and Angular 7+ will be crucial in driving the team’s success and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.</p><p>You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UI/UX designers, and quality assurance professionals, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle.</li><li>Collaborate with product managers to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.</li><li>Drive the technical design and architecture of back-office systems, leveraging your expertise in Spring Boot and Angular 7+.</li><li>Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of software applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.</li><li>Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and identify opportunities for improvement.</li><li>Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.</li><li>Coordinate with quality assurance professionals to ensure rigorous testing of developed applications.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in software development, and introduce relevant technologies and methodologies to the team.</li><li>Provide regular status updates to senior management, highlighting project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.</li><li>Proven experience managing and leading software engineering teams.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Spring Boot and Angular 7+, with a track record of developing robust and scalable applications.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of Java programming language and associated frameworks.</li><li>Familiarity with RESTful API design and development.</li><li>Solid understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.</li><li>Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is highly desirable.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.</li><li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.</li><li>Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.</li></ul><p><br></p>
