This role presents an exciting opportunity for career advancement and personal growth within a fast-paced startup environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Maintained accurate financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.</li><li>Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.</li><li>Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial insights and recommendations.</li><li>Handle office management responsibilities, including maintaining office supplies, coordinating with vendors, and overseeing general administrative tasks.</li><li>Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualifications:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>Maximum of 2 years of relevant experience as an Accountant.</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.</li><li>Proficiency in using accounting software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel, Google Sheets).</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Familiarity with office management tasks is a plus.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Hiring Process:</p><p><br></p><p>Our hiring process for the Accountant position involves comprehensively evaluating all applicants’ qualifications and experiences.
