<p><strong>Job description</strong></p><p>Academic Center Manager </p><p><br></p><p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Should necessarily have </strong>experience working with educational institutes, handling admissions and re-enrollments, and developing<strong> Business through schools.</strong></li><li>Excellent Sales and interpersonal communication skills to work closely with students and parents to help the institute to close admissions.</li><li>Good command of English and good communication skills.</li><li>Ability to do institutional sales in schools.</li><li>Marketing planning and execution</li><li>Managing the lead generation process with marketing agencies or teams.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>SALARY</strong>: 4000 AED to 6000 AED per month plus Performance Based Incentive.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Meet Sales Budget</li><li>Lead conversions.</li><li>Comfortable working with Sales Budgets/Targets.</li><li>Creating and planning strategies for sales and marketing</li><li>Executing marketing activities during different seasons and during months when the new academic school year commences and just before School exams where there is a high probability of enrollment.</li><li>Marketing and Business Development strategies and initiatives.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Note that this role is a permanent job role as we are looking for experienced and competent talent.</p><p>Work Remotely</p><ul><li>No</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p>
